i had a krups toaster that performe flawlessly for many years but, unfortunately, it finally failed.
then step-up to the plate; pay a bit more for a new krups tt9300 semi pro all-metal 2-slice toaster that provides better results with toast and bagels every time...
my search is over, the krups tt9300 is the best i've found by far.
i grew up in a time when krups was creme de la creme, and had great anticipation when i asked for (based upon the brand name and amazon reviews) and received this item for christmas.

tried this product because all other krups products i've used have been great--this toaster follows the tradition!!toasts evenly, controls are easy to use.
krups fem2b 2-slice toaster strengths: toasts bread, bagels and buns evenly.
also, rather than spending over ten bucks on a "small applicance contract", we tossed in three more bucks to get the number-four-rated toaster as a backup should the krups ever fail.
