it's speedy for toast, a little faster than average for other tasks, but better than the conventional toaster oven which it replaced after the former finally gave out.

because i'm on a low carb diet and this thing changes everything; namely, it works well, cleanup means rinsing the tray, no defrosting so i can buy cheaper frozen meats, and it's fast and easy.
