it provides all the basic toasting/baking/broiling functionality i was looking for without taking up more space than a basic toaster oven should.
we didn't need a convection oven or a second cooking oven.
i had hoped there would have been a timer functin for baking, other than that it has preformed as expected and most satisfactory
only use the conventional oven for roasts and cookies, big stuff.
i purchased this toaster oven to replace a similar toaster oven (same model, different color) that had stopped baking recently.
we don't use it for heavy roasting or cooking but so far it has worked great with toasting and light baking.
it's a very easy product to use and does a wonderful job on toast and the convection oven is a treasure.

the only problem so far is that the baking tray has flaked - the coating has come off in a few spots.

it takes a little longer than my old toaster oven (which wasn't a convection oven)and you need to turn the "toast" over to be sure you get both sides, but it's okay.

i haven't tried baking, but think this would work great for a small batch of cookies (assuming they need to cook at 350) but i have an oven - this is just an accesory.
