this is a really great little oven, i love the convection aspect of it.
we purchased the cuisinart tob-195 convection oven about a month ago, and have used it several times.
i literally use it more than my big dual-fuel convection kitchen aid oven.
not only did i receive my cuisinart convection oven in record time, it is wonderful to cook with.
we also like the convection feature, baking is faster and more even.
we had owned the previous delonghi digital convection oven and we quite satisfied with it.

the convection feature really is a nice addition especially if you have a large regular oven and do not want to turn it on for smaller bakes.
getting a toaster oven-sized silpat baking sheet made it even better.
reading customer/product reviews and doing in-store comparisions between various toaster ovens, i narrowed it down between the krups fbc2 or fbc4 and the cuisinart tob-175c convection taster oven.
first and foremost, all of those people returning their "defective" ovens because of a "grinding" sound coming from the "fan" don't know the first thing about a convection oven, so they're missing

i've had this cuisinart toaster oven since last august, and use it several times a week for baking or broiling.
the oven is easy to use and it is large enough for small baking needs.
this cuisinart toaster oven is beautiful, efficient, and the highest quality toaster oven (other than cuisinart's all-stainless steel "convection" toaster oven which is a bit more expensive).
since i have a double convection oven, this version was just fine.
i have a small convection oven i used a lot,i had to preheat it--then when i saw this i thought-humm, sounds good, and it's even better than i thought it would be.

i have used it for chicken, cookies, rolls, biscuits.
i have had this oven for about 5 months and have used it for everything: from hot dogs, to burgers, steaks, apple pie, frozen foods and even my own recipes.

if all directions are followed it works great - it is a "convection oven" not just a no bells & whistles "toaster oven".
the convection fan is far more quiet than our previous oven and beeping when pressing buttons is somewhat startling when you first press it.
i bought this convection oven today and used it this evening.
the convection toaster oven really does an outstanding job of heating up foods evenly and melting cheese.
it's also large enough to bake a pie and bundt cake.
first and most important, all of those people returning their "defective" ovens because of a "grinding" sound coming from the "fan" don't know the first thing about a convection oven, so they're

there is no other convection toaster oven on the market at this price that is as good at this one!!!!!!!
it is however, perfect for baking small items when you don't need the big oven.
my other issue is cooking pies or cassaroles with a crust top...you must cover the top with foil for the majority of the cooking or it will burn, and burn quickly it will...funny enough the same
that being said, i have it sitting on a baking stand about 3 inches from the wall and i have felt the wall while it was cooking and was very comfortable that there was no danger of anything
