Pros: Large capacity, convection cooking, two cooking racks. from Shopping.com No complaints here operates fine does what it's made for I use it for everything from Amazon.com Don't quite understand why so many people are having problems with this unit. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to "toast" something. from Amazon.com I bought this unit at Target. There are similar models from B&D with analog knobs controlling the cooking.
