This Calphalon convection toaster oven is exactly the size I want looking for to broil fresh salmon fillets for my family of four. It is also great for my bread pudding, banana bread and cheese cake recipes. from Cooking.com The nonstick pan is the greatest, no more foil mess. The biscuits always burned on the bottom in my old toast oven. I used the convection bake, for them, in the Calphalon and they were perfect. It doesn't heat evenly (read other reviews on the Internet - they are ALL negative) and you have to stop and rotate pan to keep things from burning on the inside back of the oven. from Cooking.com I would have returned this product, but I traveled a fair amount and did not return the product to Amazon in the alloted amount of time (and a phone call to Amazon a few days after the return period did not change their minds.) I disassembled the oven and repaired the problems (rivets were not tight on the hinge, and the grommet simply required correct positioning).
