This convection oven has all the features I was looking for: Heating element diffuser allows cooking without burning. Rocker switch allows choice of regular or convection mode. from Amazon.com I picked up this toaster oven at a local store for $62 and some change. Only for occasional toasting and the bigger reason was to cook small meals, frozen pizza and reheat foods that just don't do well in a microwave. It get's really hot on the top, sides, front, and due the hight, is really close to the cabinets. from Amazon.com Well I have had it for about 6 months and really just toast bread in it.
