WHILE I DO LIKE THE DIALS BETTER THAN THE BLACK AND DECKER TOASTER OVEN WE HAD,I WILL HAVE TO SAY THE BLACK AND DECKER WAS BUILT A LITTLE STURDIER. THIS TOASTER OVEN DOES COOK WELL AND MAKES TOAST WELL,HOWEVER THE RACK AND THE INSIDE OF THIS TOASTER ARE VERY CHEAP. from Walmart.com We got it home, cleaned it up and put in a pizza. It took over an hour to cook! We tried it three more times with different items before we returned it. Each time it took at least twice the normal time to cook. from Walmart.com I would recommend flipping the rack so that it sits high for Pizza and cookies. The crust and top will brown at the same rate. Muffins should be cooked with the rack set low in the oven. The temp on my oven is very accurate so I can follow the lowest recommended for the package I'm making. from Walmart.com instruction book little vague and no light inside are the only drawbacks i see so far. Pizzas turn out satisfactory for me. I always use the "stay on" feature and not the timer for cooking, just check on it once awhile. Its large (big enough for a medium pizza) and the exterior does get hot so check the dimensions and be sure you have the counter space for it. Not the greatest toaster but it does an acceptable job toasting bread and English muffins, and a good job cooking frozen entrees. Does a much better job than the previous Black & Decker model we had. from Walmart.com I had read the reviews of other people on this one and was very surprised at the good ratings they gave it especially considering the cost. I've only had this one a couple of weeks but I'm very surprised at the amount of heat this one has. With our old ovens you had to crank up the heat as high as it would go and wait 12 minutes to reheat 3 slices of pizza.
