Even though this product got so-so reviews in a few places I looked, I decided to trust DeLonghi as I'd had one of their toaster ovens previously. In between I bought a Kitchen Aid -- it had good size and I liked the way it looked -- unfortunately, I hated the way it cooked, especially baked, which is what I do every Christmas. from Buy.com The unit fully lives up to all of it's 4.5 and 5 star reviews. It is simple, convenient, and very user friendly. Cleaning is a breeze with the crumb tray, and the food is always toasted to a crisp golden, or baked to perfection (granted that proper directions are followed, of course).
