This product is the Cadillac of budget toaster ovens, and it gets consistently high marks from online reviewers. The warmer is fantastic for "cooks" like me who have bad timing in multitasking food preparation. Heats items evenly, has user-friendly timer/temp/toaster buttons, is easy to clean, and comes with every kind of rack and baking sheet you can think of -- even a set of miniature tongs to easily pull your food from the oven!
