I think it cooks a little hotter than what I am used to. I made brownies the other day using the same temp and cooking time shown in the cookbook, they came out dry and burnt around the edges. from Abt.com Pros: None Cons: Poor design quality Not a true convection oven Impossible to clean Short life Uneven heating from Shopping.com The reason this product was given a 3 is not because of its performance but because of some literature glitches and what was given in its description prior to buying. No where prior to me purchasing the oven was there anything said about not being able to use the product under an upper cabinet. Since I have no other place to put the oven, we have had to pull the oven to the very front of the counter and there is an inch strip of cabinet that is one inch closer than the literature recommends. There is a discrepancy in the instructions over aluminum foil. from Cooking.com If you want a real counter top oven do not waste your money on a microwave, for healthy cooking, baking and eating a convection is the best.
