Love my new oven, I live in Texas and in the summer using my new oven helps not heat up my kitchen so much and saves on my elec. bill! from Cooking.com My oven is used every day. It's not insulated so allow space and be glad it generates less ambient heat then your main oven. Also, since it bakes faster in convection mode, the duration of that heat is less. We have cooked a wide variety of foods in it and it seems to cook the food quickly so you need to watch so it doesn' t burn the food. We have fun watching the food cook expecially foods like biscuits (they raise when they are cooking).
