this little oven pretty much does it all: toast, bake, broil, convection bake. from Amazon.com so far they both work great and i have been using it at home to do most of my baking i have only tried baking with one tray at a time and although i takes much longer (you can only bake say 6 from Amazon.com the convection feature is great; it really cuts down cooking time. from Amazon.com the airstream is my first experience cooking with a convection oven. from Amazon.com i also have the optional dehydrator kit and pizza stone for it. from Amazon.com we use it at our office kitchen for reheating, or making frozen items like pizza, chicken patties, egg rolls etc. from Amazon.com it seems that you cannot change time or temp after setting baking command. from Amazon.com uncomplicated - in 15 min after removing from the box, i had frozen shrimp and fish sticks nicely crisp & crunchy using the well lit convection auto shut off 1 hr+ timer which is silent w/ pleasant from Amazon.com my latest meal was a frozen pizza (with added anchovies) from Amazon.com i like the feature of the included 2 cookie trays and racks. from Amazon.com
