where we put it in the kitchen so i'm not going to go thru the return policy.it works great though - convection ovens cook much better and more evenly then regular toaster ovens.i would buy it again. from Overstock.com it cooks evenly and quickly because of its convection function.the only negative was that as a refurbished product there was some permanent smudges on a few of the buttons. from Overstock.com we wanted to get a second oven, especially for entertaining, but this product will definitely suffice, and takes up less space. from Cooking.com it makes it so you have two ovens in your kitchen!the convection oven takes some getting used to and you have to adjsut your recipes and times. from Cooking.com we use it mostly for reheating things like pizza and baking things like frozen meat pies, etc...besides for small jobs it safes alot of power than the regular oven. from Cooking.com it is capable of doing everything from making toast to cooking a small casserole to baking a small frozen pizza.i do have one complaint, but it has nothing to do with the oven itself. from Overstock.com the only thing i'd change is having the baking oven turn off when the timer goes off - right now it just beeps until you get it. from Cooking.com it's accurate, easy to use, and in general the best toaster oven i've ever had. from Cooking.com i like this oven because you have several different cooking options and it's easy to use and easy to clean. from Cooking.com convection fan looks like an afterhough though. from Cooking.com
