If you are not absolutely sure about this product, don't buy it. We were a few days late on the 90 day return policy, and customer service at the 800,# [was poor], and when Target told me to call Euro-pro, they were even worse. Don't expect any customer support, on a poorly made product. from Target.com The Euro-Pro, which I purchased around Christmas 2006, has been an excellent value for me. It can be found at several major retailers, and I paid less than $30 for mine at Best Buy. from Amazon.com you have a "bake," "broil," and "toast/pizza" setting. from Amazon.com using the black baking tray on the "toast" setting (where the heat comes from above) will blacken/burn your food. from Amazon.com the size: it's not too big, not too small. from Amazon.com ease of cleaning: i once had a small black & decker oven that had a little latch at the bottom that made the bottom swing open. from Amazon.com The Euro-Pro, which I purchased around Christmas 2006, has been an excellent value for me.
