Consumer notice: There is absolutely nothing ELITE about this poorly constructed oven. The knobs barely work, no markings for temperatures (barely visible) and the timer is poorly designed. from Amazon.com No go. Guess only cornish hens will be rotisseried. I used the convection/roast setting and the chicken turned out great. It works very well otherwise. from Amazon.com I've really enjoyed my oven. Some of the reviewers below either can't read or tie a chicken (or both). It is compact but the rotissere will hold a 3-4 pound chicken but not a Purdue Oven stuffer. Just for a guide, the store bought rotissere chickens are only two pounds. from Target.com I was ready to order it; but based on the review for the rotisserie and only a 30 minute timer I decided not to. there is no way to roast a chicken is less than 30 minutes. from Target.com My Elite Cuisine oven makes the most delicious meals for my family.
