I've found that I even prefer using this to my microwave. We got a new electric oven, and we still use the convection oven all the time. Why? from Target.com I wanted a convection oven so I could bake here in Florida without heating up the whole house. It doesn't come with any recipes or instructions so the first time I used it and was unsuccessful I thought I did something wrong. from Target.com I was happy to read other reviews about how loud this is and doesn't cook your food, so at least I know it's just this oven and not all convection ovens.
