Pros: Higher pressure works wonders on heatsink (thermalright extreme) on a quad core i7 920 cpu. Was using lower pressure noctua 120mm fan and saw idle/load temps of 42/77. After changing to this fan, now seeing a huge increase in performance to idle/load temps of 35/64. from Newegg.com included accessories (extra power connectors)3. Rubber vibration compensators included4. 9 blades over standard 7 blades found in other 120mm fans Cons: The only thing that could be a con is the color of the fans (brown and peach), but it is only a con if you have a see through case or one that displays the insides.
