I haven't found a plug that will stay in the top middle (as pictured) outlet. BTW, if you want to mount it on the wall, the keyhole mounting holes require you to mount it upside down from the picture. I labeled all the plugs first, but now the labels are on the bottom, because I didn't notice that until later. There is a sticker over the phone jacks that say it's important to plug the input and output phone and coax lines into their proper jacks for the suppressor to work. from Compusa.com I found the Belkin Surge Protector to be very easy to use...well I'd hope so.
