my complaints would be one the price, but i use it so much it was worth it; and although sufficent, i wish the stroller reclined more.

also, i can't figure out why it needs the head flap: i have to assume it serves some kind of safety function, but it's cumbersome to fold it back for cant be folded back in a full recline.

i haven't figured out the recline on it yet, and at this price, i feel like it should come with more accessories (like at least a cup holder), but over all it is great.

our daughter is only 3 months old so we haven't used it running yet but she is very happy in it at a slight recline, and if we recline it all the way, she'll sleep in it too.

only possible downside is that with the seat reclined it's a bit tough to get to the basket, but that's minor.
