the ugly: trying to use that darn strap to close the stroller once it is folded down.
the only problem that i have with this stroller is that it doesn't lock once you fold it so it can be awkward to get in the trunk at times.

my only complaints with both of my bobs are: (1) when you fold the stroller up, there is not good way to secure it so it stays folded--so i make my husband deal with that (2) i had to buy the adult
the primary drawback to this stroller is that when it is folded (which is pretty easy to do), it does not have a mechanism to keep it folded (i.e., a clip, etc.).
the stroller handles like a bmw, but the instructions were 'strange,' it's really large (i have to remove the rear wheels to get it into my ford escape trunk), and it doesn't always fold down when i

the only thing that prevents the 5 star rating is the lack of lock to hold the stroller folded.
this is a great double stroller, i haven't come across a door it hasn't fit through, it is easily maneuvered with one hand, easily folded and fits into the trunk of a toyota corolla and vw passat

my stroller hating son enjoys the smooth ride and comfy seat and i love the way it takes on rough city sidewalks and the easy push when running.
what i don't love is the weight and fixed wheel for everyday use, the fact that it's still enormous even when folded, and the very limited storage in the back pocket and basket.
