We recently purchased this stroller for our third child who was born in May. We really needed a stroller that would recline flat and, because we don't want to have to purchase another one, a stroller that could be transported in the car and used on a variety of terrains. The Indie certainly fits the bill. from Amazon.com I bought this stroller because I didn't want to buy a conventional stroller AND a jogging stroller. It seems that I would always be using the "wrong" stroller and wishing I were using the other. from Amazon.com After a lot of research, my husband and I purchased the 2008 Indie in Spice for our first child. We spent a couple of weeks researching available strollers, and settled on this one because it was trendy, all-terrain, smooth and relatively lightweight. from Amazon.com What I didn't realize (as a first time parent) was how huge it was and how much that would impact my daily life. If I was only using this stroller for going on bike paths and hiking trails, it might be great, but for getting around in day-to-day life, it is awful. The back two wheels are so wide that there are literally stores that I cannot walk through. It has many nice features, including good construction, attractive colors, moves around easily, comfortable for baby, reclining seat, adjustable handle heights, large canopy, warm sleeping bag, lightweight, and roomy storage basket underneath (very key). Bumbleride is also less trendy and less bulky than the BOB -- and comes with more features -- well worth the price difference in my opinion.
