The Stokke Xplory has been great. We use both the seat and the bassinet. from Europeanstroller.com I bought the Stokke Xplory Complete stroller in 2004 for my first baby. Had a Peg & hated it. from Europeanstroller.com Let me start by saying I am an industrial engineer and appreciate multi-use, elegantly designed products. Because of this, I actually became acquainted with the Stokke Xplory Complete stroller before I was pregnant and knew I had to have it. Now that my son is a year old, has been on 9 round-trip flights, and have used a "loner" stroller I can honestly say this is the best stroller you could possibly find. from Europeanstroller.com It is a dream to maneuver even with one hand. The only piece I find frustrating is the foot rest which requires three hands to regulate or remove. I needed to transport the xplory by airtravel and upon the recommendation of friends I gate checked the stroller with the chair attached. I also purchased the travel bag which is not rigid so not suitable for checked baggage. from Baby-wise.com I purchased the complete Stokke Xplory, which comes with the bassinet attachment (for new born to 6 months), the standard seat (for 6 months onward), and some accessories (blanket, rain cover, mosquito netting and shopping bag). I also purchased the car seat adapters (for the Peg Perego seat). from Europeanstroller.com We love our xplory! I dealt with inconvenience of disassembling and assembling every single time we went on a trip (because it does not fold down), basically because it 'looked good'. from Amazon.com We got this stroller because my husband has a bad back; we love it because of so much more though! There are few comparable strollers: the Joolz Bloom and the Skate are the only others on the market to feature a high seat for the baby. All are excellent, but the Stokke is smaller than the Skate and similar to the Bloom but without the faux Bugaboo look (which is a plus for me). The only real negative of the Stokke among the three is that you must be prepared for lots of interaction with strangers; in the first two hours I owned the stroller, I had three compliments, and one whole conversation about it. from Amazon.com Stokke Xplory stroller is a Wonderful Stroller!!! Luckily my parents were generous enough to buy it for us as a present. The Good: Stokke Xplory is an extremely maneuverable stroller.
