After MUCH online research, we purchased this stroller after the birth of our second son. It fits both my newborn and 22 month old perfectly, with room to grow. Although I do not have much actual stroller experience to compare it to (except our Graco, which isn't a fair comparison), I believe this is one of the best, if not the best, twin stroller available.
