Using money we got for Christmas, my husband and I purchased this travel system to bring our son home. At first it seemed like a great stroller and car seat. from Walmart.com I got a step down from this system as a shower gift and the front wheel came off. Evenflo was quick to respond and send me this in it's place. from Target.com We received this travel system as a baby shower gift after registering for it online. I must say that the color of the pattern is very attractive. from Walmart.com When I was pregnant we went to every store and tried out every brand and every model we could. The things that we needed this system met. It's easy to fold and store upright. from Target.com If you had a difficult delivery like me, or even a difficult pregnancy, a travel system is most likely not the way to go. 8 weeks post partum I tried this travel set out and could not push it because I was in so much pain! from Walmart.com I have had no problems with this system. The stroller is light weight, easy to maneuver, easy to fold, and quick to put in the trunk. from Target.com It has been all over the news that the carseat that comes with this travel system is not safe at all...please caution before you buy. from Target.com I purchased the travel system and the same week I used it with my 4 day old, 7 lbs son the car seat handle slipped sending the base forward! When I called the company to inform the problem, I was told to borrow a car seat and to send the defective one for a "check". from Amazon.com I bough this travel system and it was a complete waste of money. Not only did the wheels fall off the stroller, as noted by other reviewers, but the peg holding the canopy on fell off, and the adjustment lever came off too. from Amazon.com We avoided bumps and ONLY used ramps since the wheels were constantly falling off). I had to rent a stroller for the rest of the vacation which cost $18 per day. I had no idea that evenflo had so many wheel problems. When I looked it up on the internet today, I found that there are websites devoted to complaining about evenflo's wheels and customer service. from Amazon.com
