for now, this shredder gets two thumbs-up, but i've only been using it a couple months.
i have only had this ps-77cs shredder for a couple of weeks but i really like it.
my old shredder was a table top model that would only shred a couple of checks at a time & i wanted something more "formidable" well this critter fits the bill.

never a problem with jamming, a quick press of the forward button for a couple of seconds when it did seize up (very rare) and the motor would power through to clear whatever was in it.
i used it for four large paper bags of personal material which has stuffed going on three lawn and garden size trash bags in just a couple of weeks.
we have a couple of smaller shredders, but they are noisy and have a smaller capacity.
i've only owned this one for a couple of months, but can say that the quality is visibly higher that others i've owned.
