that is why we decided to purchase a new shredder for our office.
it has the most safety features i have had on a shredder.
i loved my earlier home office version (which lasted 6 years with moderate shredding until a large hidden paperclip did it in) so i'm partial to fellowes anyway.
it's size and capacity are probably more compatible with the needs of a small office/home office (e.g., shredding >50 pages/day).
the shredder is very quite and the smartsense safety feature works really well.
it''s safe if you have children, it has a safety feature in case little fingers are curious, it shuts off immediately.
it has a great easy-to-remove bin that can be lined with a plastic trash bag to keep from having those little shreds of paper left over when emptying the bin.
it shreds paper in a flash and the convenient basket makes it easy to empty.
the bottom line: an excellent choice for a home office or personal use.
this shredder seems to work fine in a home office situation, where a large amount of shredding is not required.
i am a home user and it is just what i need.
didn't damage it though, and it was easy to pull it out.
pros: good safety mechanism, good for lightweight use.
for home use this shredder is working just fine.
it was an upgrade from what had been used in one of the offices, and when it was "used up" we moved on to this fellowes cross-cut paper shredder.?
easy to use.
it is a great shredder for the home.
i would recommend it to anyone looking for a light to medium duty shredder for home or home-office, especially if they want a longer warranty, low noise operation, very good build quality and plenty
i was looking for a couple of specific features my old one did not have - a bin that could be removed without touching the shredder assembly itself, on wheels so i could move it around my office, a
After doing a ton of research I narrowed down to Royal 160MX
Good shredder, Shreds cd, credit cards and envelops unopen with no problem.
I bought this shredder from Amazon, getting the best price at that time.
I got sick and tired of my old worn out shredder doing a better job of perforating paper than shredding so I stepped up to the plate and bought this "office duty" shredder for home use.
I got this shredder about a month ago and so far, it's been great.
it looks pretty safe, can cut for ~20 minutes straight before needing to cool down, its really an ideal shredder.
it is very easy to load the documents in, and it is handy that the shredder indicates when it believes you are putting too many pages in and it will jam.
makes my home office more efficient and it will pay for itself in just a matter of months with the time i save in shredding.
it will be a welcome addition to my home office.
with those two things close by, there is little excuse for anyone in the office to be frustrated when lights illuminate or to avoid doing maintenance when it is needed.
this fellowes shredder is quite, powerful and safe for my grandson's little fingers because it shuts off if you touch the opening.
easy to empty, powerful shredder in a relatively small package.
the safety feature can sometimes be annoying; when your hand lingers nearby it will sometimes stop and blink at you, but not often or annoying enough to knock the product down any stars.
this product is a well designed, easy to use, and stylish paper shredder.
and has had no problems.i can't believe it can be sold for the price i purchased it for.worth every penny and more.on a scale from 1 to 100 it is a 100.the safety features really make it a standout
if you are subject to shredder rage, leave that attitude at work because if you bring it home, you will not be satisfied with this shredder or any shredder built for home use.
after i passed a credit card statement through my old home shredder and could clearly read some of the numbers on it, i trashed it and bought the powershred ms-460cs.
i have a much older fellowes strip-style shredder that i've used in my home office for nearly 8 years.
despite that it is perfect for our home office with paranoid people.
we hear about road rage on the highways, but shredder abuse is the untold vice in the office.
i wish it had a little higher sheet capacity at this price, but with a small child in the house, i paid for the quiet feature and cutter safety feature (my old shredder scared my girl every time i
also, it's by far the best looking shredder out there and easy to clean.
my daughter said that it beats the one in her work place by far, and she works in an accounting office.
it quietly turns all our statements and confidential information into tiny bits.
it has safety features, nice design, shreds paper into very fine pieces, separate bins for paper/plastic.
i have a home office and this shredder definitely does the job for me.
even though i have purchased it for home use and have used it so little, i am happy with it's performance so far.
it also comes with a little vertical file type thing that you slide on to the back.
we ended up overloading it with outdated files and burned out the motor.
i have been searching for a mid-grade shredder for sometime to keep our small office up-to-speed with shredding documents.
great product and i would reccommend it for any one for home or moderate office use.
this product is easy to use and easy to maintain.
i recommend it for home/home office use.
we've been using it in our small office for about a month now.
when purchasing an appliance it is easy to get sucked in by a good looking machine that really does not work so well.
now that im finished with my main task, this will be great for junk mail and bills.
pros: worked fine for three years in home use.
this system is what i always wanted for my home office.
summary: this system is what i always wanted for my home office.
very good system for home and small office use.
this shredder is very quiet, in fact i operate it in my office with clients present and with conversations going on.
with all the choices available for our office, this was the best shredder for our needs.
this particular model fits nicely under the desk, rolls out, is easy to empty & the type of shredding it does is not messy.
pros: so easy to use, and shreds a ton of paper, credit cards, and even cds when i need to!
I got this one to replace another about 5 years old.
if you are looking to purchase a shredder for home use, this is a very good product and easy to use.
this is my first shredder so i'm not able to base my opinion via comparison....however, i can say that it works perfectly,is very easy to operate and performs exactly as described.
definately suitable for home use and the price is extremely reasonable...i would recommend this product without hesitation.
it does a great job and has very good safety features.
it is sturdy, safe, and does the job with credit cards and staples!
when i first started it i was a little discouraged because the starter puzzles are easy.
it's easy to get hooked if you like puzzle games.picross ds
this is fairly easy when you are on a small grid (easy mode generally is between 5x5 and 10x10) but it gets harder when you move to bigger grids (15x15, 20x20, 25x20).
i wish there were more easy puzzles and that you could replay them without knowing what they are (because you have already done them).
easy and normal puzzles are time-limited and serve as an introduction to the game; free mode puzzles have no timer or warning that you've misplaced a tile.
it is quiet, efficient, compact, safe, and seems reliable.
i first read about it in good housekeeping magazine article about kid safe products.
the fellows ps-67c shredder is a great product for small office or home use.
this is a really good home use shredder, we will probably not use it enough over the years to reflect it's actual potential.
it's a bit larger than i thought it would be but still a very adequate size for my home office.
this shredder was easy to set up (take it out of the box and plug it in) and easy to use.
for a home office this is a very good product
check it out for your home use.
i also like the size of it, not too big and not too small for our home office.
cross-cut shredder, pull out basket, shreds several pages at once, and even cuts through credit cards - what a great addition to my home office.
what's great about it:?great for the price what's not so great:?none "this shredder is perfect for home use for junk mail and other paper documents.
i just bought this shredder two weeks ago but it seems to be very durable and definitely easy to use.
the safety features are well thought out.
meets expectations does the job well pros: easy to use, works well, not too loud best uses: personal data security bottom line: yes, i would recommend this to a friend
i purchased this product for use at my office.
as soon as i purchased this product it went to it's difficult test of shredder 2 years of bills and statements.
this shredder has three different slots for using it for, credit cards and paper and one for cd's and the draw for the paper that is shredded comes out very easy so you can throw it away in no time.
however, once i opened it at home, there was shredded paper in it already, and the cutting mechanism was horribly misaligned with the throat as if it snapped off its mounts.
very easy to use and for the price it does everything it says it can do.
it is also easy to empty.
unpacking this from the box and setting it up was pretty easy.
if you just have a home office or some light use this would be perfect for your price range.
we bought this shredder for a small office and were mostly pleased with its ability to shred.
if you don't manually press it in, the safety switch is not satisfied and it won't run.
this only after ~6 months of mild to moderate use (household junk mail, credit card statements, etc.).
