I like the sound it produce...only the sound..smooth and easy..the fact that the motor keeps going but it's not shredding the papers..lately I found out that the cutting blade fell off unto its bin.. just wondering why they put a forward motion but no reverse? from Target.com Like most of the other reviews of this product, I am extremely disappointed with this shredder. I've only used it about 5 times, and shredded no more than 50 pages at once (usually feeding a page at a time just to be safe). from Target.com I purchased this shredder at a Target store near me in late September and put it aside for my daughter for Christmas. She opened the box and tried to shred one paper and it won't work. from Target.com I've had this shredder for awhile, but always shredded small amounts of paper here and there. However, I had a pile of papers I needed to shred and the shredder jammed up. from Target.com First and foremost, I rated this shredder 1 star but it really should be a half star.
