I'm not happy. This is a brand new shredder, why should I have to go through the hassle of packing it up, taking it to UPS or FedEx? Aren't these products checked to see if they work, or are just a random sample get tested? Not good!!! from Amazon.com Ours lasted for 5 months. While high-tech scams may make for interesting news reports, most ID theft happens in people's trashbins where criminals dig around and find personal information thrown away.
