I'm a lawyer and this little jewel sit's by my desk and does a job. It's fast, efficient, and worth the money. Thanks Fellowes for a great product. from Amazon.com There were also complaints about the basket being hard to remove if you allow it to overfill. I haven't experienced this but by its design I can imagine that might be true. The shredder easily shredded 8 pages of fairly heavy copier paper I haven't tried more than that yet but it is rated at 12 pages. One reviewer mentioned they did not like the proximity safety shutoff feature. from Amazon.com This is by far the best home/office shredder on the market at present! Fellows have engineered this unit for the home/office area. This shredder chews plastic,staples(normal) and 12 sheets of paper without effort.
