Strong motor and can shred close to 10 pages at once without motor sounding like it's dying. A bit difficult to feed with the safety input area. This would be a great shredder for someone who has a handful of papers per day. Does great when it works, but can't handle a big pile of papers.
What's great about it:?Shreds CD's and Credit Cards What's not so great:?Not made or designed well "It shreds paper/CD's/Credit cards all very well. That being said about a month after purchase the auto switch stopped working so if it is in the auto position it just stays on.

It will still shred them just alot slower. It did credit cards with ease and although it is loud it will do almost anything you put in there. I have not had a paper jamb yet so I do not know what the other poster is referring to about the cover on top. It is a shredder and as long as it does what it is advertised to do then it is just fine.

After looking for quite some time on line to find a decent shredder that could hold up to moderate usage and didn't cost more to ship than it did to buy, I took a chance on this one.
What's great about it:?Shreds CD's with ease, no jamming, takes full sized papers with no need to fold What's not so great:?Heavy - choose a place for it and keep it there "I bought this shredder 6 months ago and have used it on a weekly basis, including to shred several document CD's and DVD's. I have not had one jam and it works exactly as advertised.
"I'll be fair...it was very easy to use...while it was working (all of 15 minutes). This would probably be a good shredder if you were shredding a couple of docs; one at a time. The most sheets of paper I put in at once was six and it sounded like it was going to die. I was too afraid to put in a CD or credit card...no way was this thing going to handle that request.

I could not be happier with the way it shreds paper and credit cards, but that's what a shredder is supposed to do.
What's great about it:?It can eat just about anything that you might have to throw away, as far as regular office work/home work goes What's not so great:?The obnoxious sound of it eating a cd! "I bought this a couple of days ago and since then I've been using it to shred up basically everything. I love how it has the ability to go in reverse in case of a paper jam. The only thing that's a little bit annoying is the sound that it makes when it tears a CD/DVD apart.
What's great about it:?nothing What's not so great:?loud and paper feeds under angle "It is so loud, you can hear from other block, feeding paper is under angle and does not look like its can take 11 pages.... the only good think about it, easy to clean....
