It's an okay light use shredder. However, even just trying to insert two sheets of paper at a time is irritating You have to try to manuever the paper into the slot, and at the same time trying to insert it at an angle. That may not bother some, but I'drather have something a little more easier to feed from Circuitcity.com The unit does everything that the add says, and it really chops us the paper. I guess cross cut means obliterates. from Circuitcity.com Worked fine when I set it up but I accidentally put in 8 sheets (max is 6) though this was pretty cheep thin paper. We have this shredder and after using it for 5-7 minutes it konks out and we have to unplug it, let it rest and then use it again later. It stopped working after 3 weeks of the date of purchase from just using it normally to shredd our mail daily. from Circuitcity.com
