So far, this machine has performed exactly as advertised. I have no complaints. from Amazon.com I wasn't real happy with this shredder when I first tried it. No matter what i did the paper got stuck in the center. from Amazon.com I just received this shredder, so durability isn't an issue I can address. It's QUITE small -- much smaller than my previous one -- so I expect to have to empty it every few days. from Amazon.com Not tall enough to stand on floor for use..too tall for desk-top and the basket needs to be bigger.
