the bottom line: go for the 7570 and spend the extra bucks to get the lcd screen so you know when to recharge - it's worth it!
review: i had been using a norelco, about 8 years old, and before that, i had a norelco that i'd kept for ages and actually replaced the battery on it myself by ordering the part; i was attached to
his battery life is long his effectiveness is outstanding.
quick charge time.
rechargeable.
i did have a boggle with it going through my carry on luggage, despite having the battery out of it, recently.
on another note, it's true the battery makes up for most of the unit's weight.
the femini is battery operated, and is designed to fit comfortably in the hand.
cons: *short plastic battery cover *not as close as manual wet shaver.
the shaver sports an lcd screen which has a "hygiene" and a "battery" indicator each of which has six graduations/levels arranged in a semi-circular fashion and occupies half of the screen.
so i bought the 5 series and was not happy with the battery life.
the main reason i bought this particular rotary shaver was b/c of the quick charge it had.
it gives a close shave, and battery life is excellent.
the recharge time is very quick and it shaves very close.
the shave is the closest i've ever received, and the shaver itself is easy both to clean and to recharge, going for more than a dozen shaves without needing a recharge.
i love the one hour quick charge feature and the red light that lets you know when the razor needs charging.
i like the ergonomic design, and i keep my shaver in the rechargeable stand, so it is always ready for use.
i particularly like the small recharging stand, and the fact that the shaver arrived charged.
it goes against every grain in my body to carry a battery operated appliance into the shower with me.
the only downside i have experienced is that it won't hold a charge for more than 2 days without being put back in the recharge base.
the compact stand and the storage kit look attractive and the battery also holds good.
products,i chose to go with this one.and the other reviews were accurate.it's not a shaver,it's a groomer.and, for the price,it does a great job.and the batteries lasted longer than i expected..
batteries didn't last as long as i'd like but would recommend the product anyway.
it's sharp, it cuts evenly and (so far) the batteries have lasted well.
i should have read the info closer to take notice that it is battery only.
batteries last long and it looks pretty w/a pretty case, i love mine.
maybe as the batteries lose their charge that will be the case, but i will still use it!
it runs on aaa batteries, so there's no cord or plug-in.
i like that it is small and the battery life is long.
my rechargable electric ladies razor just died after about 2 years & after trying to get new batteries from norelco & finding out that model's been discontinued, my only option, i thought was spend
~ takes just 2 aaa batteries and they seem to last quite awhile
you can't find anything that isn't rechargeable (not an important feature for me) so i decided to get ...
my only concern is that there is apparently a nickel metal hydride battery inside, rather than lithium, which means it'll probably eventually run out of recharge cycles (like my electric toothbrush,
pros: close shave, good cleaning system, long charge on battery, good clipper cons: i can't think of any.
battery charge indicator
a very nice product, handy recharger and cleaner.
panasonic is a battery company, they know what makes a good battery.
very good battery life and accurate battery meter.
the battery indicator never worked properly and it just stopped working.
