good battery capacity.
led light indicates when the battery is charging & low.comes with charging stand.60 day money back guarantee weaknesses: hair trimmer attachment is a little diffucult to put on but most trimmers
i’m replacing my old norelco because after 5 years of use, the batteries only lasted a few days on a charge.
i can use for a week without a recharge.
one aspect about this shaver that i like is that it operates from a rechargeable battery so that there's no electric cord to get in the way while shaving.
shaver does an excellent job, considering it is battery operated and made for travel.
works great as it is thin, easy to maneuver and takes regular aaa batteries so chargers not needed.
solid build quality, so it feels like it'll last, good quality shave, cheaply replaceable batteries.
two aaa batteries for me last more than 20 days!
the batteries last a long time.
that's probably for safety reasons, but i would like that option when the battery starts to lose it charge.
it has retained a full charge very well, i have yet to recharge it since the first time (over 3 weeks ago) and i use it pretty often.
it has been a life saver.
i have never in my life used anything but a blade razor on my legs and underarms, so this was a totally new experience.
had to replace other panasonic shaver due to poor battery.
the shaver still works fine, but the battery won't hold a charge anymore and the blade seems dull.
of course, panasonic sells replacement screens and blades, and the rechargeable batteries look easily replaceable, which mean this shaver likely will be in service for a long time to come.
it is quiet, the blades move really quickly, no nicks whatsoever or razor burn (which i am prone to) and it holds a charge for weeks!
holds a charge thru the week.
easy to clean, and the cord is nice (no batteries needed)
i was leaning towards a cordless model, but after reading reviews about how quickly the battery tends to be depleted, i decided to go with the corded model.
i would be so lazy with shaving, this is a life-saver.
this has defiantly made my life easier.
it didn't have a battery though.
and the fact that it is rechargeable is invaluable compared to having a cord.
no recharging half way or needing to charge it before i can use it.
yet it did not even epilate a whole leg before the previously fully charged battery died.
please note- this is not a rechargeable device- it needs the cord to work.
please be warn, if you would like to have a battery-runned epilator, this wouldn't be your cup of tea, because we have to plug in the adaptor for usage.
after using the battery-operated epilady traveler for a couple of months, i got fed up with the batteries running down after only a few minutes of use and the slow rate of leg-hair removal.
braun epilators are corded and not battery-operated, which some reviewers complain about but i see as an advantage; the faster the epilator moves, the less pain there is and the faster the epilation
i used the ordinary waxing all my life, and this is my first experience with the epilator, a real good experience.
now there's almost no pain and frankly my legs look better than they ever have in my life!
get 7 shaves before it needs recharging.
-very quiet running (i never found noise an issue with my old model, but i will say the sound of this 1 when fully charged sounds similar to that of my old shaver when it was winding down on battery
it has a long battery life between charges, and gives me a very close and comfortable shave.
the good: a good shave; plenty of battery life (at least when brand-new); corded or cordless use; when corded, it shaves really well even if the batteries are nearly depleted; easy to clean (the
battery life is good, the shaving it's almost as close as with a razor, is not as noisy as my old one.
it holds a charge for a long time and is a perfect size,so you can get a perfect trim every time.it's quiet and has lots of attachments which are very easy to use and comes with a nice storage tray.i
the bottom line: i would suggest this product for anyone needing a trimmer for the guy in their life.
the only suggestion he had was that you should charge it for awhile before using, other wise you will find yourself having to "recharge" it again.
it has lots of power, something i found lacking in uints with standard batteries.
i don't recommend that you attach the power cord to this base that makes it a "recharge station", because then every time you need to recharge your trimmer this whole base sits out taking up space.
it charges quickly and being rechargeable there is no cord to tangle with.
i used it until it needed to be recharged, so i was at it quite awhile.
i love the fact that this is rechargeable and can use it without the cord getting in the way.
~love the cordless/rechargeable option!
my old epilator missed lots of hairs and also ran on batteries.
would like this product better if it were rechargeable.
uses one battery and haven't had to replace it yet...since january.
i'm using it with a rechargeable 2.400 mh battery, and it works perfect.
i'd say it's worth the $21 or so it costs in order to step up from the $15 models that require more frequent battery changes.
drains a full charged battery in less than ten minutes.
battery life ok, i tend to take 10-15 mins bouts per shave a day.
what's not so great:?battery drains quickly.
it has a red light that comes on when the built-in battery is low, but does not regulate the charge like the panasonic does.
the norelco coolskin 7735x was a temptin option, but this shaver use nicad batteries (this battery suffers from memory, and after some time, retain less shaving time per charge).
the only negative is that the battery does not sense charging, and i have heard users have trashed the razor by charging it too long.
this product makes every morning of my life more efficient and it makes me feel nice.
i had been using the same braun electric shaver (model 5065 or 5605 i think) with satisfying results since 1985 or so until late august, 2002 when the battery was unable to take a recharge and it
it recharges quickly and battery life is long.
it is quiet and has an amazing battery life.
much of the weight must be batteries, because it holds a charge for a long time.
best shaver ever strengths: blade, grip, long battery life, different settings.
the shaver has a really good duration with the build in batteries.
excellent battery life if you let it discharge.
strengths: quick charge, great close cut weaknesses: none yet to speak of summary: this is one awesome shaver.
very comfortable to handle.the battery in this things also last long time.
and, because the shaver can hold up to 30 days of charge, it's possible to fully charge the shaver before a long trip and not worry about recharging it.
after the inital charge setup, the battery has a good long performance before it needs to be recharged.
it recharges in less than one hour.
it burns out the battery.
the wahl electric shaver is a good portable shaver that holds a battery charge for a long time.
it seems to have an excellent battery life.
but the battery is solid enough you don't have to charge it very often.
it's not the closest electric shave i have ever had, but it's in the top three, and i have owned probably a dozen shavers during my adult life.
*****follow the instructions and charge the razor for 18 hours before using for the first time.***** after that, an overnight recharge, about once every two weeks, will do nicely.
i had read all the reviews on amazon and being that i have been a life-long sufferer of unwanted hair, needless to say, i was excited to start yanking those suckers out.i had about 3 or 4 days growth
i've had the shaver for three months and occasionally the battery is dead when i take it out of the cleaning system.
it started with the battery not holding a full charge, and what i mean by that is the motor was not nearly as fast when on battery than when plugged in.
battery life is excellent.
i've had this razor for a few months and the only complaint i have is the battery.
i haven't experienced any battery issues or any other complications and as far as usability of the trimmer goes i have no trouble with sideburn trimming.
i have changed batteries in several of my norelco shavers and the build up of gunk where only disassembly could find and cure it, is remarkable(same with most brands).
the charge/refill station alone makes this unit worth it over the cheaper ones, but the shorter recharge time too is important to keep in mind.
i'm happy i got the "shaving system" as well because not only does this model have a great quick-charge function but you also never have to manually put the lotion in the shaver.
he's always used panasonic wet/dry razors and they have always served him well with the exception of battery life.
my only suggestion is that everyone read the instructions, especially regarding cleaning and recharging.
strengths: inexpensive, compact, replaceble battery, and it does work!
my father almost had a piereced nose so this product saved his life snd nose.
helpful hint: always use a battery with some juice left in it.
it uses one aa battery (not included).
that was until i received mine today and put a single aa battery into it, turned it on and began to use it in less than two minutes from its arrival..
