correctly with a wet electric shaver.now, the reason i returned this shaver (yes i did, 30 day money back) is because all foil shavers (like this one, or the braun) have an issue with my neck hair.

who knows, they may design a shaver that operates at such a high rpm rate that you just have to hold it up to your face and it will sonically(is that a word?) remove facial hair.
