I purchased this razor hoping to avoid the hassle of "real" razors, and all the burn they leave. I have only owned one other electric razor in the past, and I remembered it working quite well. I was disappointed that the Remington did not give me a close shave at all, but left much more stubble than expected. from Amazon.com I've never used an electric shaver before and ended up buying this one. I bought this shaver because of the hyperallergenic features.
