i've used epilators for over 20 years and have found the panasonic es2045p to be the best at not only epilating but also for use shaving underarms and bikini line.
maybe that's because it's an honest-to-goodness panasonic made-in-japan product, and not a cheap knock-off.
i've used a panasonic wet/dry similar to panasonic es3041k sonic shaving wet dry rechargeable shaver, black but much older and liked it very much.

i've been using nothing but electric shavers for three decades and have found panasonic to make the best on the market.
the bottom line: you won't go wrong with any of the linear, pro curve, or good panasonic shavers.
