this is my first embroidery machine, so i've had to learn a few tricks, but the instructions are good, and once you get the fabric/backing into the hoop, the machine does all the work for you.

once it told me to check my bobbin while i was in the middle of a design, well, i am new at this and unhooked the hoop from the machine and guess what?
