This little machine was not worth buying. I''ve never had so many problems with a sewing machine. This item is not people friendly! from Hsn.com Just what you need for small jobs when you dont want to bring out the big machine. It was a great help because I am at an overseas base and my sewing machine is in storage in the states. I needed to sew the ties back on my crib bumper pad and hem some curtains but didn't want to buy another machine and couldn't find anywhere on base to fix them. from Target.com I like the bobbin-style bottom-chain/top-straight stitch, prefer foot pedal over batteries, didn't need zigzag or light, it's by far more stable than my hand-held drape-sewing kind.
