no fooling around with product activation, no 30 minute setup.

installation of the additional drives was a "snap", and setup of the server was almost "idiot proof".

it wasa little bit of a pain in the butt to setup with the router (i am good with computers) but i really like being able to access files from home.

what i like most is the remote access.technical support was very helpful in assisting me with the remote setup.after i dumped my benkin router and purchased a dlink dir-655 router everything worked
