negative reviews i've read have mostly been user error or misunderstanding.hard drives and duplication - your hard drives do not have to be the same size in order to turn on duplication.

the biggest and probably the only real reason i shipped this back, is because you can't copy folders over.

you'd have to do multiple try & error to find out what the max supported size is.
