it took over 20 calls to the help desk, in it itself a arduous experience, to get it working.
basically with two people working on this for 6 hours and little support and followthrough from customer support it was returned.
after about six hours n the phone with (a very helpful and friendly) tech support, we finally got it working with my two 32 bit systems.
i installed a microsoft asp web server, which allows for basic asp functions and works just fine for web sites where database connectivity, etc.

server 2003 r2 raid install didn't work with several usb floppy drives.
cons: be aware it's an old model and doesn't work with new xeon 54xx series.

i've had this drive for about a month only now and its been working great.
the only issue i had was that when i first installed it on the network, it worked fine, however whenever i re-booted a pc, it would need to be re-installed again.

it often disappears from my lan, and i have to unplug all devices on the lan to get it to work again.
six hours later it worked.
i searched all over for one and they are all loud, which if your trying to keep this in you home office because your done with it at work that will be a problem.
works great for that.
