Fast. With support for some great CPUs. Integrated KVM is fantastic, really saves on infrastructure costs (no need for a pricey KVM over IP or dongle) Remote ISO mounting is also nice for remote installs (can still be slow, but that is what Net Install CDs are for). Cons: On first power up the KVM/IPMI card needs to be initialized first and then the server reboots to load the main BIOS. from Newegg.com
