Noise not bad and heat not a problem. Cons: Still need 1207 dual core to update bios for the motherboard. Other Thoughts: Combo of server, SAN and VMware gives excellent performance. from Newegg.com Pros: VMWare compatable (ESX i v 3.4). Setup with 16 Gig Crucial Dual Channel (2x 2x4Gig) ECC registered memory and 2 AMD Opteron 2372HE Processors to keep the power and noise down. from Newegg.com
