if you have an external hard drive and you don't have a usb 2.0 connection, this is a must! from Tigerdirect.com speeds up usb transfer very well! from Compusa.com first slot i tried, power on card but no usb connection. from Compusa.com both run windows xp and both computers recognized the cards immediately. from Tigerdirect.com bought two of these and installed them in my older computers which have usb 1.1. from Tigerdirect.com Bought two of these and installed them in my older computers which have USB 1.1.
