The scanner film holder is only designed for slides and 35mm negatives but I had acceptable results scanning medium format negatives.

It cost me twenty dollars more (one hundred total) for the V300 which I believe is the same as the V30 except the V300 has the inclusion of the 35mm film and slide holding frame which I think could be of use to me.

To access this, Open ArcSoft, then select [File] and then click on [Acquire] to access the ScanGear menu that allows up to 1200 dpi for paper scanning and up to 9600 dpi for film and a host of other manipulation choices for scanning which is way more...

Still, I was confused whether to get this one, which seems especially for film, a Canon LiDE 200 scanner, or a scanner with sheet feed to enable me to feed in lots of documents and photos.
