Best Scanners for Prints

just place the slides in the holder or prints on the glass & it will automatically label individually.

if you are looking for a reasonably priced, good quality scanner that is capable of scanning prints/slides and negatives -- look no further.

i purchased this scanner to digitize several thousand 35mm slides, old color prints and black & white prints.

it looked like the original prints, granted with slight fading but that's to be expected from 30+ year old negatives.

the displayed images look great and are much easier for my nearly 89 year old mom to see than the old prints.

for scanning documents and prints this much resolution is rarely needed.

some issues: i can't figure out how to get it to scan at the advertised maximum resolution (although that resolution is higher than necessary for virtually any typical scanning job; it's hard to

i scanned over 400 prints in about 3 hours.

i can scan photo prints, or any type of paper.

however, software does have an option to save the image as a pdf file and when opened as such with the built in adobe reader, adobe reader recognizes my printer and prints.
