The Bottom Line: Quality performance for the price, but held back by alignment issues. The maximum resolution is 600 DPI and the scanner is susceptible to dust collecting on the scanning mechanism causing colored streaks to appear in the photo. I would never use it for scanning photos, because the color is not totally accurate, and there are lines and anomalies on the image.
