odd many people gave it negative reviews because i have not had a single problem with it; in fact, i can't even tell it's wireless-works as good as a cable setup.

after going through all the steps, the setup indicated that it was not able to verify my comcast account and directed me to call 1-800-call-cntr.

i had been complaining to my isp that my download speed was way under the rated speed, and just in case, i bypassed my router and direct wired one pc to the cable modem to see how fast the isp signal

on setting it up it took a while for it to synch and stay synched with my cable modem, but once it figured out whatever it needed to figure out it has been rock solid.
